A hand-painted ceramic gingerbread house with white piped icing, a scalloped tiled roof, a chimney and a row of coloured sweets along the ridge, plus candy-striped corners and a snowflake on each gable. Lift the roof off and the candle sits inside the house.

The scent is sweet and spiced: almond, ginger and cream, then cinnamon, cardamom and butter over biscuit, vanilla and molasses. 269 g (9.5 oz). The house is made to stay on the shelf long after the wax has gone.
