Using our website

By using our site, you confirm you're at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe products accurately and show colours and details true to life, but minor variations can occur. Computer monitors and phone screens display colours differently, so what you see may differ slightly from what arrives.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices, product details and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there's a pricing or stock error, and we'll contact you if that happens.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy. Our acceptance of that offer happens when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order, for example if the item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Card details are processed securely through our payment provider. We don't store your full card information.

Nothing in these terms or those policies excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that products will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Purple Merchant or our suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you leave a product review or submit other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, publish and distribute it. You're responsible for the content you submit, and you agree it won't be unlawful, defamatory, or infringe anyone else's rights.

We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

Limits on our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We don't exclude any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
