Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is calculated at checkout at Australia Post rates, based on your parcel's weight and destination — and it's free once your order reaches $150. We deliver Australia-wide with Australia Post. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take?
We pack and post within 1 to 2 business days. From there, allow 1 to 3 business days for Sydney metro, 3 to 6 for other capitals and a little longer for regional areas. Tracking is always included.
Can I collect my order from the boutique?
Yes. Choose Local pickup at checkout and your order is usually ready the same day. Our Click and Collect page has the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present; we deliver within Australia only. If you are overseas and have your heart set on something, email us and we will see what we can arrange.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay in four interest-free instalments.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items. Our Refund Policy explains what qualifies and how to begin.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@purplemerchant.com.au within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right, quickly.
Gifts
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Tick the gift box in your cart, add a message if you like, and your gift will arrive beautifully wrapped and ribboned.
Can you send a gift straight to the recipient?
Of course. Enter their address at checkout. The parcel never includes prices.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are delivered by email, ready to spend online or in the boutique.

Where are you?

When are you open?
Tue to Fri 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm. Closed Mondays.
