Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is $9.95 anywhere in Australia, and free once your order reaches $150. Express Post is available at checkout, priced by your parcel's weight and destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take?
We pack and post within 1 to 2 business days. From there, allow 1 to 3 business days for Sydney metro, 3 to 6 for other capitals and a little longer for regional areas. Tracking is always included.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by Thursday 17 December for Christmas delivery, or by Monday 14 December to WA and the NT. After that, Express Post runs until Monday 21 December (Friday 18 to WA and the NT). Or choose Click and Collect in Mortdale until 10am on Christmas Eve. The full list is in our Shipping Policy.
Can I collect my order from the boutique?
Yes. Choose Local pickup at checkout. Order before 10am on a trading day and it is ready that afternoon. Orders after 10am, on a Monday or while we are closed are ready the next trading day. Our Click and Collect page has the details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present; we deliver within Australia only. If you are overseas and have your heart set on something, email us and we will see what we can arrange.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay in four interest-free instalments.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items. Our Refund Policy explains what qualifies and how to begin.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@purplemerchant.com.au within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right, quickly.
Gifts
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Tick the gift box in your cart, add a message if you like, and your gift will arrive beautifully wrapped and ribboned.
Can you send a gift straight to the recipient?
Of course. Enter their address at checkout. The parcel never includes prices.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are delivered by email, ready to spend online or in the boutique.
The boutique
Where are you?
11 Morts Rd, Mortdale NSW 2223, a short walk from Mortdale station. Our Visit Us page has photos, directions and parking tips.
When are you open?
Tue to Fri 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 2pm. Closed Mondays.
Over Christmas we also open on Mondays 7 and 14 December, 9:30am to 5:30pm, and stay open until 4pm on Sundays 13 and 20 December. From Monday 21 to Wednesday 23 December we are open 9:30am to 6:30pm, and on Christmas Eve 9am to 4pm. We are closed 25 and 26 December and 1 to 4 January, and back on Tuesday 5 January.
